Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account. Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your ANKKH account:

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We want to make sure that figuring out your size is quick and easy on ANKKH.COM.
- Our size chart can be viewed when you are on the product page; this is located just next to the “choose your size” option.
- All garments are sold by the international sizing scheme.
- We cater to six sizes in every garment starting from S to a XXXL. Our sizes are relatively bigger and universally more acceptable.
- For better and accurate understanding, we have also provided the actual dimensions in inches of each size for you to compare with your own body measurements.
- Keep in mind, apart from the detailed dimensions given, there is an extra 3 inches margin in every garment of ANKKH for the convenience of the customers, this makes the alterations in future simpler for the customer.

ARE THE COLORS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All the size options shown on the product page are in stock. The sizes not showing are not available. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, another customer can still buy it until you have completed your order.
HOW CAN I FIND THE ITEMS I WANT ON THE WEBSITE?
Simply click on a category at the top of the screen, then choose a sub-category and browse the collection. Alternatively, use the ‘search’ link on the website and type in the product code or a description of the item you are looking for.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel this and it will be sent out to you.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.
WHY IS MY ORDER STILL PROCESSING?
This may be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us on our customer care number.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order, which contains all the items you require.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We only accept online payments in full for Indian as well as International orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE?
ORDERS WITHIN INDIA
It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit only exchanges and no returns. Request for exchange is permitted only on a Size exchange (only if in stock) and no other request will be entertained. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances no refunds shall be made.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?
We do not take any returns under any circumstances hence we do not give refunds. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE?
Step 1: You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the package on email@example.com or call us on our customer care number. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding an exchange, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Step 2: Please await a confirmation email from our end regarding availability of stock, if available we shall confirm you to initiate returns from your end.
Step 3: Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at the address mentioned in the email. Return freight costs are borne by the customer.
Step 4: Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.
Step 5: Once we receive the product it will take 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES THE WEBSITE USE?
We use a large network of courier partners to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR SHIPPING IN INDIA?
We levy a minimal shipping fee to deliver items within India. For customers within India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds INR 8000.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We levy a minimal shipping fee to deliver items internationally. For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds INR 15000.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?
We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 4-5 working days. Incase of delay, you will be informed of the same by the Customer care team.

ARE THERE EVER ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?
For every international order you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals. You will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fees if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care during transportation. Additionally, when ordering from www.ankkh.com, you are considered an importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
