RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
You acknowledge that these terms of returns or exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns or exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERTAINING TO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement of size if they meet our terms and conditions. Return freight costs are borne by the customer.
SINCE WE KEEP LIMITED INVENTORY AND DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE ALL SIZES AVAILABLE AND UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES NO REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE.
In case of exchange of size you need to inform us within 2 days of receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can call us at our customer care number, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE IF:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Or any item not been acknowledged within 2 days by Email.
- Or not returned more than 10 days after delivery.
- Or item on sales.
5 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT
Step 1: You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the package on email@example.com or call us on our customer care number. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding an exchange, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Step 2: Please await a confirmation email from our end regarding availability of stock, if available we shall confirm you to initiate returns from your end.
Step 3: Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at the address mentioned in the email.
Step 4: Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email.
Step 5: Once we receive the product it will take 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
